El programa de aprendizaje temprano de Hutch Kids se centra en la individualidad y singularidad de cada ni\u00f1o. El plan de estudios fomenta la confianza en s\u00ed mismo, la espontaneidad, la curiosidad y la autodisciplina, que contribuyen al desarrollo del crecimiento y el bienestar social y emocional del ni\u00f1o. Las actividades se planifican para promover el crecimiento y el desarrollo en todos los \u00e1mbitos: cognitivo, f\u00edsico, social y emocional. Se establecen rutinas y expectativas para crear un clima de confianza para los esfuerzos presentes y futuros del ni\u00f1o. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHutch Kids, una organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro 501(c)(3), se cre\u00f3 en 1990 para proporcionar aprendizaje y atenci\u00f3n temprana de calidad in situ a los hijos de los empleados del Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
